2070638584 2012-12-04 UrbanPreliminary Restoration No Violations I completed an urban preliminary restoration inspection. My inspection found the well equipped with a plunger lift unit with the proper identification sign and located approximately 0.3 miles east of the tank battery in the woods. The tank battery was shared with permit number 2-3056, had a dike, and contained one, 100 barrel oil/brine storage tank, one, 210, barrel oil/brine storage tank, two separators, and the proper identification sign. The pits were closed and debris removed. The site was graded and vegetated. The lease road was in good working condition. The well was drilling in 2004 by North Coast Energy. I noticed no visible spills or leaks.
