The tank battery contained a 100 barrel production tank, a 50 barrel brine tank, and a vertical separator. The proper identification signs were posted. There was a plug on the load line. Safety equipment was installed on the production tank. Locked chain link fences surrounded the well and tank battery. The lease road was in good condition. The well site was graded and vegetation was well established. The dike surrounding the tank battery met containment requirements. The pit was filled and debris removed. Drainage and erosion controls were in place and working properly. Preliminary restoration passed. |
