1341249430 2012-07-02 Preliminary Restoration No Violations On 7/2/2012, I completed a production well Preliminary Restoration inspection. My inspection found the pitts filled, the well was a plunger lift unit, the lease road was shared with permit number 2-0088. The tank battery contained one 100 barrel oil storage tank, with the proper identification posted, one 50 barrel brine storage tank and a separator. The well meets the Ohio Revised Code (ORC) Chapter 1509:9-9-5 requirements, inspection passed.
2044294128 2015-10-13 Production Wells No Violations I was on location for a status check. During my inspection, I found the well in production. The well is equipped with a plunger lift assembly. The tank battery consists of a 100 barrel production tank, a 50 barrel, poly brine tank, and a mechanical separator. There is a dike around the tank battery. An identification sign is posted. There is a plug on the load line. The lease road is in stable condition.
