The equipment on the site consists of the following: 1 Storage tank 1 Poly brine tank 1 Vertical mechanical separator 1 Production well

I called and spoke with Stryker Energy. Stryker is working with Eastern Natural to place the well back into production by spring 2016.

1352912148 2012-11-14 Preliminary Restoration No Violations I completed a preliminary restoration inspection. My inspection found the well equipped with a pumping unit that was surrounded by a chain link fence. The tank battery was surrounded by a chain link fence, had the proper dike, and contained one, 100 barrel oil storage tank, one, 50 barrel brine storage tank, a separator, and an identification sign. The pits were filled and debris removed. The site was graded and vegetation was growing. The lease road was in good working condition. There are no violations at this time.
1518016212 2018-01-11 Production Wells No Violations I conducted chiefs order follow-up inspection on this well, regarding liability insurance. The well was equipped with a pumpjack and the valves on the annulus and flow line was closed. The motor was missing on the pumpjack and the domestic line off of the well casing was also closed. The well was fenced and locked. The tank battery consisted of one 100 BBL production tank, one 50 BBL poly brine tank and a mechanical separator. Valves on the separator were closed. The tank battery was diked and fenced with a locked man door. There was legible signage located at the tank battery and the lease acess was stable. I called Stryker Energy and spoke with manager Gary Regan. He indicated that the insurance had been sent in to DOGRM, Columbus office and was being processed.
