2078951610 2014-06-04 Production Wells No Violations I was on location to perform a status check inspection. I found during my inspection the plunger lift unit was in production. I notice a small pool of oil surrounding the 8.625 casing. The tank battery consisted of a 100 barrel production tank, a 50 barrel brine tank and a separator. A dike surrounded the production equipment. A bull plug was installed on the load line. An identification sign was properly posted. The lease road was in stable condition. While I was on location; the well tender arrived to change out the production chart.

I instructed the well tender to: Clean-up the small oil spill at the well. Removed impacted soil and grass. Spread peat sorb on the affected area. I told the well tender a follow-up inspection would be completed on 6/16/2014.
