0560449553 2015-09-16 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I was on location for a status check. During my inspection, I found the well in production. The well is equipped with a plunger lift assembly. There is a domestic gas line coming off of the wells 4.5 casing. The tank battery consists of a 100 barrel production tank, a 50 barrel, poly brine tank, a mechanical separator, and a Dominion meter run. There is a dike around the tank battery. Identification signs are posted. Urban safety equipment is installed on the tank. Locked, chain link fences with slats surround the well and tank battery. The lease road is in stable condition with a locked gate at the entrance.
0698665610 2012-10-25 UrbanPreliminary Restoration No Violations I completed an Urban Preliminary Restoration inspection. My inspection found the well equipped with a plunger lift unit surrounded by a chain link fence with slats and the proper identification. The tank battery was surrounded by a chain link fence with slats, the proper dike, and contained one, 100 barrel oil storage tank with the proper carbon filter, lightning arrestor, and low pressure relief valve, one, 50 barrel brine storage tank, a separator, and the proper identification. The production equipment had the correct spacing. I noticed no visible spills or leaks. The lease road had a gate at the entrance and was well maintained.
