My inspection found the well equipped with a plunger lift unit surrounded by a chain link fence with the proper identification and located north of the tank battery on Emmet Street. The tank battery contained three, 100 barrel oil storage tanks, one, 50 barrel brine storage tank, two separators, and the proper identification. I noticed no visible spills or leaks. This well shares a tank battery and lease road with permit number 2-3694 and 2-3617. The lease road was in good condition. There are no violations at this time.

The well was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. The tank battery consisted of two (2), 100 barrel production tanks, a 50 barrel brine tank and two (2), mechanical separators. There was a dike around the tank battery. Identification signs were posted. There were plugs on the load lines. Locked, chain link fences with slats surrounded the well and tank battery. The lease road was in stable condition. The well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278.
