0103998125 2019-03-13 Production Wells No Violations At the time of this inspection, the well was equipped with a pumping unit. The valve on the tubing was open and 2 inch flow line was open. The diked tank battery consisted of one 100 BBL tank, one 50 BBL steel tank, and a mechanical separator. Valves on the separator were open and the chart showed production. Legible identification was present at the well and tank battery and the lease access was stable. No violations observed.
0143728121 2015-11-16 Production Wells No Violations I was on location for a status check. During my inspection, I found the well in production. The well is equipped with a pumpjack. The tank battery consists of a 100 barrel production tank, a 50 barrel brine tank, and a mechanical separator. A dike surrounds the tank battery. There is an identification sign posted. There is a plug on the load line. The lease road is in good repair.

1530214495 2018-06-28 Production Wells No Violations At the time of this inspection, the well was equipped with a pumping unit and the valve on the tubing was open. The 2 inch flow line valve was open. Production records for this well were current. The tank battery consisted of one 100 BBL tank, one 50 BBL steel tank, and a mechanical separator. Valves on the separator were open and the chart showed production. The tank battery was diked and had legible signage. The lease access was stable. No violations observed.
1656691118 2013-07-31 Production Wells No Violations My inspection found the well in production. The well was equipped with a pumping unit. The tank battery contained a 100 barrel production tank, a 50 barrel brine tank, and a separator. The proper identification sign was posted on the production tank. There were plugs on the load lines. The dike meets containment requirements. There was water inside the dike with an approximate 2-3 depth at the north end that thinned out towards the south of the tank battery. I noticed a stretch of orange tinted water on the outside of the dike located at the north end of the tank battery. The grass in that area was partially dead. I sampled the water with one low level and one high level Quantab. The result was a 6.2 on the low level that comes out to 363 parts/million and a 2.8 on the high level that comes out to 396 parts/million. The pH read 8. Photos of the area were taken. I sampled the water inside the dike using a low level Quantab. My result was a 4 that comes out to 161 parts/million. I called Tim Cosma, Cedar Valley supervisor, and informed him of my findings. I instructed Tim to clean-up the affected area.
1842751593 2013-08-28 Production Wells No Violations My inspection found the affected area with the orange tinted water on the outside of the dike at the north end of the tank battery cleaned up per my request. The area was graded with clean soil. New photos were taken.
2114399842 2011-06-29 Preliminary Restoration No Violations Preliminary restoration was completed and meets requirements.
