0078797256 2015-09-02 Preliminary Restoration No Violations I was on location for a preliminary restoration. During my inspection, I found the well in production. The well is equipped with a pumpjack. The tank battery consists of two (2), 100 barrel production tanks, a 50 barrel brine tank, and a mechanical separator. All of the production equipment meets spacing requirements. A dike surrounds the tank battery. Identification signs are posted at the tank battery and pumpjack. Plugs are installed on the load lines. The lease road is in great condition with crushed limestone. The well site has been graded. Seed has been spread. Pits have been filled and closed. Drilling equipment has been removed. Erosion controls are in place. Preliminary restoration passed.

The tank battery consists of two (2), 100 barrel production tanks, a 50 barrel brine tank and a mechanical separator. A dike surrounds the tank battery. Identification signs are posted at the tank battery and well. I observed the spacing between the middle tank and the brine tank is 10. The lease road is in good condition. I called and spoke with Tim Cosma, field supervisor for Cedar Valley. I instructed Mr. Cosma that the brine tank needed to be moved to meet proper spacing requirements. Mr. Cosma stated Cedar Valley would make the correction. Preliminary restoration not passed.
