| 1309918158 | 2017-10-17 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the date of my inspection, I found an overgrown lease road leading to a wellhead equipped with a pumping unit, rods, 2.375 inch tubing, and 4.5 inch casing. There is an identification sticker on the pumping unit. The tubing and casing are tied into a 2.375 inch production line. The tubing valve is open, while the casing valve is closed. There is a 1 inch steel line tied into the casing that runs towards the back of the pumping unit and is connected to the engine. Production equipment is shared with permits 34-157-2-3443, 34-157-2-3392, and 34-157-2-2034 and includes three vertical separators, six 210 barrel tanks, one 100 barrel tank, a concrete brine vault, a drip, and a residential meter within an earthen berm. There is a puddle of oil behind the tank with the 2034 sticker. Production records are current. |
