On the day of my inspection I found an 8 X 4 wellhead with a 4 inch valve on to with a 4 X 2 swage. The well is a swab well. The valves are in the open position. The tank battery is made up of one 100 bbl tank, one 30 bbl tank, and a horizontal separator, all in an earthen dike. The 30 bbl tank is not connected to anything, and is full of holes. The tank is properly identified, the production reporting is up to date, and there are no violations at this time. |

The 4.5 inch valve is open. This is a swab well. Domestic gas was being supplied off the 4.5 inch casing. Production equipment included a steel 100 barrel tank, a horizonal separator, and a chart recorder with a 2 by .1875 inch orifice plate within an earthen dike. There was a steel 50 barrel tank inside the dike area. The 50 barrel tank had several holes in it and was not hooked up. The production report was up to date and proper identification was present. |
