1396612659 2019-01-10 Exempt Well Pre Transfer No Violations On the day of inspection for an exempt well pretransfer, with the ground covered with snow, I witnessed the well was equipped with 4.5 inch diameter casing, 1.5 inch diameter tubing, and a plunger lift system. The tubing valve was closed and the casing valve was open. Domestic gas was being supplied off the 4.5 inch casing. The production equipment included a steel 100 barrel tank, a steel 50 barrel tank, a horizonal separator, and a chart recorder with a 2 by .500 inch orifice plate within an earthen dike. I spoke with the land owner about receiving domestic gas and he stated that he was receiving domestic gas from this well. At the time of this inspection, the well was producing domestic gas to the land owner and did not have any compliance notices against it.
