Spoke with Fran Desanctis (440-992-0214) this date and informed her the remaining culvert pipes will need removed. Will not pass final restoration with debris. Plugging permit issued in 1997. No plugging report found. Will return to do final restoration after culvert is removed and operator files form 55. |
