0649958031 2018-10-23 Production Wells No Violations Upon my arrival on location, I witnessed the well was equipped with 4.5 inch diameter casing, 2.375 inch tubing, rods, and a pumping unit ran with an electric motor. The valves on the tubing and casing were in the open position. The production equipment included a steel 100 barrel tank, a plastic 30 barrel tank, a horizonal separator and a chart recorder within an earthen dike. The production report was up to date and proper identification was present.
