1421771015 2015-01-20 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I found a 8 X4 inch wellhead and a4 X 2 wellhead. The well is produced by using a pumping unit. The unit has a manual start motor. All valves were in the open position. I did not find any signs of leakage. The tank battery is made up of a 210 bbl tank and a horizontal separator all in an earthen dike. Production records are up to date. New IDs need to be placed on the tank. I talked to Tim Levengood and he stated that he would take care of it.
1539712024 2018-10-16 Production Wells No Violations Upon my arrival on location, I witnessed the well was equipped with 4.5 inch diameter casing, 2.375 inch tubing, rods, and a pumping unit ran with a natural gas motor. The valves on the tubing and casing were in the open position. The production equipment included a steel 210 barrel tank, a horizonal separator and a chart recorder within an earthen dike. The production report was up to date and proper identification was present. This inspection was a follow up to complaint 5985. The land owner had been smelling a gas smell. I found that the flowline of this well had a leak in it along his front yard. I contacted well owner about this issue. He had his well tender shut the well in and was sending a roustabout crew down to fix the leak.
