The valves were open on the tubing and on the casing. Domestic gas was being supplied off the 4.5 inch casing. Production equipment included a steel 140 barrel tank, a horizonal separator, and chart recorder with a 2 by 1 inch orifice plate within an earthen dike. The production report was up to date and proper identification was in place. |
