The valves on the tubing and on the casing were open. The production equipment included a steel 100 barrel tank, a plastic 50 barrel tank, a GPU unit, and a chart recorder with a 2 by 1 inch orifice plate. The tanks were inside an earthen dike area. The production report was up to date and proper identification was present. |
