1536669199 2018-09-11 Production Wells No Violations Upon arrival on location, I witnessed the well was equipped with 8.625 inch diameter casing, 4.5 inch diameter casing, 2.375 inch diameter tubing, and a plunger lift system. The valves on the tubing and on the casing were open. Production equipment included a horizonal separator, a steel 210 barrel tank, and a chart recorder with a 2 by 1 inch orifice plate. The tank was within an earthen dike. The production report was up to date and proper identification was present. The identification decal was on, but very faded. I called owner to tell them to replace with a new one.
