0029864715 2009-03-17 Administrative Inspection No Violations Mr. Jamie Adams with Adams Oil returned my call from the 3/13/2009at 12:02 p.m. He was instructed to correct deficiencies on a non-related well. I also asked about gas line status in Vinton County. He states that they need to figure out what they are going to do. He states that he talked with Kilbarger 2 weeks ago and has not heard anything back and has mentioned to them that FRN Energy, Mr. Fred Wright, has right-of-ways and that they could work something out with him. Mr. Wright owns wells around the area and would like to be able to sell gas.

-He states that he obtained ownership to parts of Paramount & Gathico gas line in Vinton County. -He will need to lay gas line himself in order to tie into a line located in the southern part of Hocking County near Vinton County border. -Adams Oil would tie into Paramount and Gathico lines. -He was asked if he would lay the line for Adams Oil. Stating that if needed he would do this. -The Hocking County transmission line would be routed to Haydenville and tied into a Columbia Transmission line. -

0284578183 2018-01-17 Production Wells No Violations On the day of this inspection, I am accompanied by oil and gas inspector Kip Thompson with weather conditions of heavy snow covering. I found an oil and gas well equipped with 4.5 inch diameter casing, 2 inch diameter tubing and rods. There is no pumping unit or production equipment on site and the well is not capable of production. The company has failed to report production as required by 1509.11. Well is located in a wetland area with brush and trees growing around the wellhead. Gps coordinates and pictures of the well were taken.

Mr. Doug Adams, the owner, has met with Joe Hoerst regarding the idle wells. Mr. Adams presented a plan, which showed that all idle wells would be placed back into production tied into new gas line for commercial sale. During the inspection, it was noted that the well was still idle.

Mr. Adams returned my call at 10:58 PM and stated the case was in front of a Vinton County Ohio judge waiting on a judgement.

0986146657 2007-04-23 Administrative Inspection No Violations Mr. Ralph Grim contacted me today regarding the wells located on his property. Spoke with Mr. Grim about well ownership and status, as it relates to current well owner. Mr. Grim feels that the injection well, Permit No. 318 is not owned by Adams Oil & Gas and does not meet the setback requirements. He states that the surrounding wells produce toxic gas and killed an infant years ago. Mr. Grim would proceed to voice a negative civil matter allegation against well owner. Mr. Grim continued by saying the State of Ohio was fooled on the test years ago (I.e. mechanical integrity test). Furthermore, the State of Ohio has overlooked violations. Mr. Grim was informed that violations have been issued to Adams Oil & Gas.
0989618521 2010-09-13 Production Wells No Violations A follow-up inspection revealed non-compliance. The well remains idle, as valves were obseved closed with no observed flowline connections at the well. Identification has now been placed at the well. An inspection of the tank battery revealed non-compliance. No flowlines were attached to any of the (3) 100 bbl tanks. Note: A 50 bbl tank (100 bbl with top half cut off) exists near this battery. No observed connections. A 1/4 hose extends to ground surface from the inside along with section of steel line disconnected on end. Tapping on outside of tank resembled solid material may exist inside (Unable to visually observe inside of tank.). Photographs were obtained from this inspection. A meeting with the well owner, Mr. Doug Adams and Mr. Robert Stonerock, Oil & Gas South Region Supervisor, will be conducted on 9/15/2010 at 1:30 pm.

The well contains rods and tubing with no pump jack. Plastic and steel flowline were also observed, but found not connected. Old oil observed around a 100 bbl tank. Both of the (2) 100 bbl tanks appeared to be empty. The well owner has also failed to provide identification.

I offered to provide assistance in the field to ensure correct well information is displayed. Mr. Adams would also like to meet with myself and supervisor, Mr. Robert Stonerock. Mr. Adams summarized the problems he is experiencing with his investors whom are involved in legal matters in another state. Mr. Adams states he needs Attorney General to state there would be no repurcussions, if work were performed on wells because of his partnership. Mr. Adams was informed that this issue would be a civil matter.

He states that they are trying to work out a deal with Kilbarger on the transmission lines around Northern Vinton-Hocking border. Kilbarger is wanting to do some drilling down there too. Mr. Adams has the right-of-ways and lines but no way to sell. He is also working on negotiations with Columbia Gas transmission on selling gas- He was given a price of 40k.

He was selling for 2 months- Swan Township to Creola Rd and they shut him in. He will now be able to sell gas. We will be meeting next Thursday at 1:30pm.

They will be drilling possibly 20 wells for them and would also like to do some themselves (Logan Gas). She was informed that I have had no correspondence with Mr. Williams. My correspondence has been mostly with Adams Oil, Mr. Doug Adams. She referenced Dougs son, Mr. Jamie Adams with Majestic Oil.

Mr. Adams was advised that Chiefs Orders would be issued to him on Permit Nos: 319, 323, 324 and 357.
