Mr. Adams stated that he sold the wells and had assignments at his office. I told him to send those to me, but without a form 7, he would still be held liable for those wells. He then stated that he was not able to contact the company that bought the wells from him. Assignments were received via FAX to Jackson office that day.
0641559207 2019-02-14 Production Wells No Violations My inspection revealed this wells status has not changed since my last inspection on 08.15.18. I was not able to contact well owner Mr. Doug Adams due to pending litigation. The well has not shown any production since 2005.
0884957726 2018-08-15 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection today was to determine if the owner of this well, Mr. Doug Adams has brought the well into compliance. The well consists of a 4.5 inch diameter casing with a 4.5 inch diameter swage to 2 inch diameter. There is steel production line running from the swage. There is a valve in the 2 inch diameter production line approximately 1 foot from the swage. This valve was in the open position. The 2 inch diameter steel production line runs to a separator and leaves the separator and is plumbed into a gas sales meter. Down stream of the meter is steel line with a valve, this valve was in the open position. Past the valve was plastic line running down hill to a unknown location. Pictures and coordinates were taken during my inspection. I called well owner Mr. Doug Adams at a later time this because I did not have cell service.

Well is equipped with separator, drip, and sale meter. All valves are open. Whiffs of gas were smelled both inspectors. There is no current identification on the well. Lease road is washed out where it crosses creek. No production reported since 2005. Well needs to have correct identification. Well needs to be placed back in production, placed in temporary inactive status, or plugged. Lease road needs to fixed where creek has washed it out.

There is a 1 black plastic line that runs from the separator down through the culvert at the road. There was gas leaking from the separator. There has been o resolution to any of the previous inspectors issues. I called and left a message with the number listed for the operator.

1212557557 2012-10-03 Production Wells No Violations Received phone call from complainant Jeff Lasko on Monday 10/1/12 notifying me that he had hit a 1 inch black plastic line in his field while brush hogging. He thought the line may be tied to the well on his property. Photos were taken and I used my Sperian PHD 6 gas detector to see if any gas was leaking from the pipe. There wasnt any. This is a follow-up to a prior complaint. I am awaiting a chiefs order for this well. Mr. Lasko expressed concern for the state of the well regarding the safety of it and the pipelines coming from it. His property is used as a recreational area.

1325062106 2018-01-31 Production Wells No Violations On the day of this inspection, I found an oil and gas well consisting of 4.5 inch diameter casing, 4.5 inch diameter to 2 inch diameter swage with a ball valve connected to the top of the swage. The tank battery consists of vertical separator, a drip, orifice chart meter. I call Doug Adams owner of Adams Oil and Gas about bring the well in to production or plugging the well and had no answer. The next at that day 11:37 pm Doug Adams returned my call and we discussed the violation of no statement of production and well shall be plugged and how he would bring the well in to production and Mr. Adams stated that he had sold the wells and is not allowed on the property to do any work now it is in a court hearing.
