He stated that when the well was drilled, it may have had a formation packer placed in it and it was produced that way for a while. He also stated that it was on their list for re-working. Well needs to be put into production, or placed in temporary inactive status. Identification needs to be placed on well head.

Cement was pumped and the plug was released. After the plug landed, the pump truck pressured casing up to 1000 psi, and it held pressure for 5 minutes. Formation Cementing was the cement contractor for this job.
