0647151433 2019-02-26 Production Wells No Violations On this day, I am conducting an inspection per request of well operator, Chris Armstrong. I am accompanied by Mr. Armstrong during the inspection, and he stated that he is attempting to register the well and needed verification of the permit number. I found the well equipped with 6.625 inch diameter casing, and 2 inch diameter tubing with flowlines attached and the production valve open. It is setup to be produced by means of a pumping unit with rods and a gas engine. There is (1) 45-barrel steel tank associated with the well. Mr. Armstrong stated that the well provides gas for domestic use. I informed Mr. Armstrong that proper identification will need to be posted once the well is registered.
