0148050345 2009-05-29 Production Wells No Violations Inspection this day found leaking brine tank has been moved from its spot but still on location. Load of large rock placed on spot where tank was, in road to prepare for new tank. Compressor still not running. Called Bobby Anderson to see if he had moved the tank and to see if they were replacing it - he said he believed they were putting in white plastic tank - that he was not doing the work. Said Pumper Epler had been out to his place every afternoon, asking questions about the system so believe he was back to work and had been paid. Took 2 soil samples and a control sample - wont be analzyed until after July 1. 6/1/09 -
0280904291 2009-05-26 Production Wells No Violations Supervisor Rob Stonerock called today to say Jim Ray had called him back. Ray says he will have this leaking tank moved by end of week, that he will be in town in 2 or 3 weeks and will meet with us. I suggested we have Consent Agreement ready to sign at this time.
0296673584 2009-06-18 Production Wells No Violations New plastic tank is now installed, holed up to well but still has no IDs, no dike. Ground very salty around tank. Compresssor is running this day but does not appear to be selling gas. Talked to Mark Epler later in the day. Gave me an update - compressor is selling gas but very little - he is working on cleaning up 2 oils spills never completely cleaned up by previous pumper and will make IDs a priority - again asked what we wanted on them. Says that tank at the compressor is for the compressor, not this well (as IDs had claimed) and will make a sign to hang on fence with required information. Plans on working on the new wells in the evenings and weekends and thinks that will be enough time. Reports some vandelism on the Hangar lease. Will keep me informed, he says.
0316331581 2008-11-03 Production Wells Violations Noted Inspection this day found well producing, tank is leaking saltwater on the ground, no dike - has been leaking for some time - needs replaced. IDs still have Bobby Andersons phone number on. Operator got NOV several months ago for incorrect IDs - still has not corrected with correct owner and phone numbers. 4/20/09 - Talked to Jim Ray in AZ - he has not got tank moved, was going to see if Bobby Anderson would switch it out for him. His man in charge, Sonny Hoon, died recently and he is trying to re-group.

0765116206 2013-04-04 Production Wells No Violations Well is in production. Good identification is posted on the well. Tank consists of one approximately 100 bbl poly tank. There is a leak coming from the bottom of the tank. It has affected a 5 ft. wide by 15 ft. long area that goes across the lease road and into the field. I spoke with Mr. Bobby Anderson via cell phone and he stated that they would have the tank pumped out and fixed by Monday afternoon.

1232992534 2009-01-24 Administrative Inspection No Violations Landowners called and said they finally found big leak they were looking for. On highway 339 at bridge by compressor. Said they couldnt get ahold of anybody (Pete) to fix it. I called Jim Ray and left a message on cell phone in Arizona and told him to get someone out tonight to shut off gas - pretty good leak and right along highway. 1/26 - Pete was out to fix leak - replaced valve that would not shut off - they will have to repair line. Compressor down. Should be fixed today and he said would leave compressor down so landowners would have enough gas.

1421390741 2009-04-20 Administrative Inspection No Violations Talked with Jim Ray in AZ - he said he had not got leaking tank switched out yet, I said he needed to make that a priority. He thought he could get Bobby Anderson to do the work for him, said he was trying to re-group after dead of his man in charge, Sonny Hoon, recently. Too wet this week to do service rig work but he needs to be ready when dries up.
1534150162 2009-05-18 Production Wells No Violations Inspection this day found tank has still not been switched out - leaking saltwater slightly worse than last time I looked at it. Tank was asked to be removed last fall, wrote NOV at that time. Asked J Cheslock to check on status during week of 5/11/09, asked again week of 5/18 to J. Cheslock and R. Stonerock. Chart at compressor shows no gas moved since 5/2/09 - has been shut in. 5/22/2009-Talked to Bobby Anderson, previous owner of Sunny Shores. He was called on 5/18/2009 about a bad gas leak. He called pumper, Mark Epler to fix it. He reports that pumper shut the compressor down on 5/2/ due to not getting paid. Also reports Sunny Shores has not paid IRS and they are trying to collect.
1691495584 2017-11-17 Production Wells No Violations This well was in production. It is a gas well and the valves were open. I spoke with Mrs. Anderson this morning and Mr. Bobby Anderson covers Marvin Hanger on his insurance bond. She assured me this would get taken care of.
1978452148 2018-08-08 Production Wells No Violations I was on location today to do a field inspection on this well. The well appears to be hooked up and selling gas through a compressor station. The well has 2 inch diameter tubing at the surface reduced to a 1 inch steel line that is ran to the compressor. The identification for the well is located at the wellhead. There are no violations at this time.
2058295680 2011-07-27 Production Wells No Violations Inspection this day found well in productio, with rabbit. Good IDs at well, not producing fluids, nice fence around. Needs to turn production in for 2009, 2010. Will call operator and ask to complete. Pleased to see that operator now has his own bond.
