0572882780 2005-04-15 Production Wells No Violations Called out to settle dispute between landowner and Heinrich about wells and lease. Landowner says his grandmother gave him the well and lease - Carl has bill of sale showing Jim Vsukic bought everything from Grandmother in 1990. Sheriff called me as Carl trying to remove equipment - tubing - to take to shop to steam-clean. He says wells will be swab wells and has removed tanks after flood in Sept./04 caused oil spill. After reading bill of sale/lease, I determined Carl had the authority to the wells unless landowner could come up with proof that he had them. Wells drilled in 1979 from a lease that same year -- house that just flooded and 10 acres reportedly went to man in Columbus for $150,000. Wish I had some swamp land!

Well not producing - no outlet for gas? Carl plans to make wells swab wells and take tanks completely out, but has not got to it yet. Not sure when he will get to it. Will give NOV 7/10/2004 - re-examined well - jack got stolen off well in last 2 weeks - Carl has a reward for recovery but nothing yet. He report that 2 landowners are taking gas off the well - the Farrs and one other across the road. Well is tied into a line so is entirely possible - I will take his word for it. 10-12-04 Tanks have been removed but still needs seeded and mulched. 11/12/2004- location of tanks has been seeded and mulched after tanks removed, grass growing nicely.
