There is a gauge on top of the well that currently reads 0 pounds per square inch, and the 2 inch valve is closed. The production facility consists of (1) 100 barrel steel tank, drip tank, and vertical separator. There is no identification at the wellhead or tank. There is no sign of recent activity resulting in thick vegetation surrounding the wellhead and production facility. The production records are current, but zero (0) production has been reported from 1993-2017. I spoke with landowner Mr. Martin, during the inspection, and he indicated that he doesnt receive domestic gas from the well. Updated pictures were taken. Heinrich Enterprises received a permit to plug-and-abandon the well on 06/25/2018, which will expire on 6/24/2020. Heinrich Enterprises shall submit a written plugging schedule to Tom Thomas at 5880 Memory Road Zanesville, OH 43701 within 30 days, per ORC 1509:13(B)(7), and plug the well within 180 days. The well owner/operator will be notified if the plugging schedule is approved or denied. |
