0503693967 2015-05-13 Plug / Plug Back No Violations On location to witness plugging activities for this well. The bottom plug for this well was set on 5/13/2015 using 30 sks class A cement with 3% calcium chloride and cottonseed hulls as LCM. Jet Wireline Services on location to tag bottom plug, run bond log, locate free point, and shoot the 4.5 casing off. The bottom plug was tagged at 2015, indicating all perforations are covered. The bond log showed the TOC at 488. The completion report for the well states that 563 sks of cement were used on the production string, which calculates out to a TOC of 493. B&E Resources pulled on the casing and only achieved 4 of stretch. Due to the consistency of this information, it was decided to shoot the casing off at 465 and set a solid cement plug to surface. The surface plug was done in 2 stages. The first stage was set from 427-227 using 57 sks of 1% gel cement, 150 lbs calcium chloride, and 40 lbs LCM. After pulling 4.5 casing to 210 and waiting on cement for 1.5 hrs, a plug was set from 210-0 using 65 sks of 1% gel cement and 12.5 lbs of LCM. Cement did not drop below 30 below surface. Good circulation was achieved on all plugs.
0726363183 2016-12-15 Final Restoration No Violations The purpose of my inspection is a status check on a final restoration. Prior inspection on 5/24/16 found the location was back to original grade with vegetation established but the production equipment still remained. During my inspection today all production equipment has been removed. Location has met 1509.072 B requirements.
1941165385 2016-05-24 Final Restoration No Violations The purpose of my inspection today is a status check on a final restoration. During my inspection I witnessed two 100 bbl. tanks, one vertical separator, electric wire, electric pole, and steel 2 inch lines. Location has not met 1509.072 B requirements. Production equipment needs removed before the final restoration can be passed. I spoke with the land owner and he stated that the company plans on coming to get the remaining production equipment.
2085970307 2008-03-05 Production Wells No Violations Inspection this day found well producing with jack, landowner came out and said they were selling it to him for $10,000 (seems like a lot), but in last day have backed out. I had plugging permit no it, also. Tank has good IDs, good dike, current chart in meter.
