Ship tanks down below have IDs falling off, cant read, good dike. Not sure why Virco reporting production but they are half owners.
0357589550 2005-10-04 Production Wells No Violations Checking status of well this day. Water trucks bringing water for the frac, well is bubbling gas - looks like outside the 8 casing. Called to talk to Heinrich - he says they had shows up the hole and those zones not behind the pipe so coming from there. Drilling mud pit has been filled in, pushing contents into main drilling pit - it is very full and informed Carl that if it rained, would probably run over. Said someone would be out there today to haul out. Dont see any other problems.

1012340147 2007-08-23 Production Wells No Violations Call of oil spill this day - well may have surged, equipment did not function properly and spill about 1-2 bbl oil into small run - did not get into mail stream. Crew there already with lots of pads, washing the creek and collecting downhill where have built a dam with boom. Good handle on it and not much oil lost. Located down on County Rd. 9 north of well about 1/2 mile, where meters are located. Will monitor but should be cleaned up by Monday. Are putting a bigger tank in to cover problem if this should happen again.
1060469590 2007-08-28 Production Wells No Violations Oil spill not yet finished up - still have pads on drainage area, hillsides and slight oil film on run area. Ground has kill area about 10 x 1 where brine/oil ran down out of tank. Has larger tank on location but not diked yet.
2094574854 2014-08-29 Production Wells No Violations Upon inspection, it was observed that this well is capable of production and is producing. The well was pumping upon my arrival. The well consists of a pumping unit standing over 7 surface casing, 4.5 intermediate casing, and 2 production tubing. I spoke with Condevco Well Tender Mr. Jeff McAtee on location, and he stated that this well needs pulled and re-worked this fall. RBDMS production records for this well are current for 2013. There was no ID posted at the time of inspection, but Mr. McAtee filled a new ID tag out while I was there and posted it on the 100 bbl production tank. This well is currently in compliance.
