0602976648 2018-12-06 Production Wells No Violations On this day, I found the well equipped with a 9.625 inch diameter conductor, 7 inch diameter surface casing, 4.5 inch diameter production casing, and 2.375 inch diameter upset tubing with the production valve open. It is setup to be produced as an open-flow well. The production facility consists of (2) 100 barrel steel tanks, a drip tank, vertical separator, and an orifice sales meter with a current chart all contained within an earthen dike. The production records are current and the tank is properly identified.
1551292581 2008-08-18 Preliminary Restoration No Violations Inspection this day found well producing with rabbit, good IDs at tanks, good dike, no evidence of salt water dumping, current chart in meter. In good conscious, I cannot pass this for PRD. Landowner is Carls business associate and possible investor in well - location has not been reclaimed. Carl says he has Landowner Waiver but Law states that only good on Final Restorations. Ground is smooth but no vegetation growing on all of it around the well in an area 50 x 75- what is growing around the outskirts is weeds - no grass has been planted. Lease road rather steep and starting to erode - ruts about 3-4 deep parallel with the road on most of it. Gloves, caps from casing and tubing, joints of tubing and railroad ties laying on location around the well - he will claim he wants to leave joints of tubing and I concede that I cannot make him remove tubing, but other debris needs picked up. Will not pass for inspection -- claims to have no ability to grow vegetation on this poor soil but others that have drilled in area get grass to grow.
2141976448 2010-08-10 Production Wells No Violations Inspection this day found rabbit well in production, meter run has good IDs, good dike, current chart in meter. Location nothing but a bunch of weeds, Carl refused to seed with gravel and insisted on natural vegetation option reportedly wanted by landowner. Joe Hoerst advised to pass it for PRD.
