0782430472 2009-06-15 Production Wells No Violations Original plan was to leave large pond of water, as requested by landowner, with Vircos right to use water to frac with on next well. Reclamation had been done but work on the pond was still needed. Pond is large - 300 x 100 - and plastic liner being removed this day. Sample taken to test water but frogs, etc. living in pond this day so not toxic. Will wait for analysis to come back and landowner waiver before agreeing to request to leave.
0784843886 2008-05-29 Preliminary Restoration No Violations Inspection this day found well producing thru the casing - still has frac valve. Meter box locked but has chart in it. Tank still needs IDs, dike and location has not been reclaimed. Inspected mostly to see what had been done with pit. It is still full of water - lined and doesnt appear to be leaking - they are aerating it and I was told they will use it on next well they are going to drill soon. No violation at this time.
1861661710 2012-03-23 Production Wells No Violations My inspection this day due to complaint by home owner over on highway that a strong gas odor coming from up this hollow - I thought maybe some gas venting into the tank when the plunger/lift system would run. Today found well in production with valves open, current chart in meter and 2 tanks with complete identification. One tank is 100 bbl and other looks to be 200 bb. I do not believe dike will meet SPCC requirements.
2048866282 2008-04-18 Completion Testing No Violations Inspection this day found service rig on location - had to run a packer to seal off water and gas so as to weld/repair collar at surface - developed a small leak during fracing. Pulled packer, will run tubing tomorrow. Still flowing back water into the frac pit.
