1800020713 2018-06-28 Production Wells No Violations On this day, I am conducting an inspection per request of Southwest District Supervisor Eric Conrad. I found the well equipped with 6.625 inch diameter casing connected to a 2 inch diameter steel flowline, open, with no valve present. Also, there is 2.375 inch diameter tubing connected to a 2 inch diameter steel flowline, open, with no valve present. It does not appear to have recent activity, but does consist of rods and an under-pull pumping unit, currently attached to a steel cable. It will be noted that theres a faded identification sign at the wellhead. I was able to follow the flowline from the tubing, and found a location that had been corroded and separated. The production facility is located near the lease road entrance and consists of (3) approximately 100 barrel steel tanks and an orifice sales meter, with no current chart present, and valves closed leading to the meter. There are multiple plastic flowlines within the vicinity of the tanks. Additionally, there is (1) 100 barrel steel tank within an earthen dike, in a separate location near the entrance, with proper identification. This tank does not appear to be associated with this well. The production records are current as of 2016, with 0s reported. Pictures were taken during the inspection.
