0026107493 2014-05-28 Production Wells No Violations Well is equipped for production with a pumping unit and a gas engine. It also has a gas escape packer. It has black plastic flow line coming from the production tee and the 1 in. pipe coming from the packer. Well is capable of production but production records show that the well does not meet commercial production standards. I spoke with Mr. Carl Heinrich about this well and he stated that other wells on the lease were producing and he asked me to call Mr. Brian Chavez during business hours tomorrow.

The production flow line is disconnected from the 2 tubing and the polish rod is corroded, indicating the well has not been pumped in a long time. Production records indicate that this well has not produced in commercially viable amounts in several years. I will contact Heinrich Enterprises and inquire about plans to plug and abandon this well.
0721805641 2007-08-08 Administrative Inspection No Violations Talked with landowner, Gilbert Curry, who Carl had called sheriff on for stealing power/big wheel. Reportedly, Gilbert had cleaned up around the idle equipment, offered it to guy across the road if he would get it out of there. That guy took it apart, hauled it out and sold it for scrap and then Carl noticed it was missing and called sheriff. Layed there for many years before this all came up - landowner wanting reassurance that it was his to give away - he said it had belonged to previous landowner before HE bought property, but would give Carl the money for what he got for it -- it did not work.
