MIKE - this well plotting closest to #2328 which is PA. Following the pattern that the other GPSed wells are, this well lies over the 1000 on 3-D topo map. When I pulled up the wells Heinrich owns, he lists #2212 and #2260 as Hesson-Skinner wells #2 and #3. These #2212 and #2260 wells plot east of the road and creek and are not on Hesson property. SO - Either Carl is using wrong permit numbers or wells are not plotting correctly on the 3-D topo, thus I am sending to you to straighten out. Pumper says only 5 wells, - 3 Hesson, 1 Haught, and 1 N Hearn. Carl has 6 on his bond - 4 Hesson, 1 Haught, and 1 Hearn. Carl may have been given wrong permit numbers when he bought the lease. |
