The well is equipped with a flanged wellhead with 1-master valve and 1-wing valve, a drip tank, meter, 1-horizontal separator, and 1-100 bbl steel tank - no earthen dike is present around the tank. Tyler Small (Columbia Gas Team Leader) was notified of this issue and will have it addressed by field staff as promptly as weather permits. Well identification is clearly displayed. No problems were noted at the time of the inspection.

1322177771 2013-04-05 Storage Well No Violations I inspected Columbia Gas Transmission gas storage well #9377 today. The well is located in the Wayne Storage Field, Clinton Township, Wayne County, Ohio. The well is equipped with a main valve and a side valve. There is a 2.00 line plumbed from the side valve into a horizontal separator. There is a 2.00 line plumbed from the separator into a 100 BBL storage tank. All lids and hatches are closed and secure. There is a dike surrounding the storage tank and it is of sufficient dimensions to meet the standards or 1501-9-9-05. There is a 1.00 line plumbed from the 2.00 outlet line from the separator to a drip tank. The well is properly identified with a clear, legibly marked well identification sign mounted on the drip tank. No violations found.
