1469619394 2016-07-25 Orphan No Violations Inspected potential orphan well on 07/25/2016 at the request of Supervisor Will Ziegler. The tank battery consists of 1-100 bbl steel tank and 1-50 bbl steel tank, located within an earthen dike. 1-vertical separator is located in a separate earthen dike nearby. The well is equipped with a pump jack with an electric motor. The electric box has fallen over onto the ground and is laying beside the pump jack. The pump jack itself has been disconnected from the wellhead and moved ~5 away, leaving the wellhead with a rod sticking up through it at the well itself. All valves on the wellhead were shut-in at the time of the inspection, and the well does not appear to be in use, either domestically or otherwise. No well identification is posted at either the tank battery or the wellhead. Several pictures were taken to update the files and show the state of the well at the time of the inspection. No other problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
2016282349 2013-10-11 Production Wells No Violations This is a pumping unit well. No apparent problems at this time.
