A comparison of the well location with the original plat indicated that the permit number is correct, only the location is incorrect. A map showing the location discrepancy, as well as a request for the location to be updated in RBDMS was sent to Gregg Miller and Aaron Lantz (DOGRM Columbus). No other problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
