The tank battery consists of 1-1,500 gal plastic tank and 1-vertical separator, located within an earthen dike. The well is a rabbit well, located within a small blue barn. No well identification is posted at either the tank battery or the wellhead. A gas odor was noted within the building, but the source of the odor (leak) was unclear. The well appears set-up for domestic use, however no contact with the landowner was made, as no one was home. Will follow-up promptly to attempt to contact landowner. No other problems were noted at the time of the inspection.

A small gas leak was noted at the master valve on the wellhead. The well was hooked-up for domestic use at the time of the inspection. No well identification is posted at either the tank battery or the wellhead. No other problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
