1917628612 2015-12-11 Production Wells No Violations Arrived on location on 12/11/2015 to witness a squeeze job at the Stroh Unit #1-65 well. The production casing is parted at 4,861. The plan is to squeeze 330 sacks of cement in order to repair the casing part. Bakerwell Service Rig was on-site and rigged up. Rigged up Universal Well Service. Pumped freshwater ahead to establish circulation, then pumped 330 sacks of cement, dropped the plug, and pumped the displacement. Left well shut-in with 1,148# on it. The plan forward is to drill out cement and put the well back into production. Please see cement ticket for additional information.
