Both diked areas are located within unlocked metal fences, and the diked areas and noted equipment are shared with the Church #2 well (PN: 169-25119). The well is equipped with a pump jack with a natural gas-powered motor, located within an unlocked metal fence. Well identification is clearly displayed at both the tank battery and the wellhead. No problems were noted at the time of the inspection.

The tank battery consists of 3-210 bbl steel tanks, 2-50 bbl steel tanks, 2-vertical separators, and 1-compressor located within an earthen dike; the diked area is located within an unlocked metal fence. 2-heater units are located within a separate earthen dike and unlocked metal fence nearby. The tank battery is used by multiple wells (2); well identification is clearly displayed for all wells utilizing it. The well is equipped with a pump jack with an electric motor located within a locked metal fence. Well identification is posted at the wellhead as required. 1-25 bbl fiberglass tank is located near the well. It is not hooked-up, nor is it diked, and must be removed. Additionally, the area within the earthen dike at the tank battery needs to be cleaned-up. Bill, Enervests pumper, was notified of these issues and will address them promptly. No other problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
