1705497618 2018-10-02 Exempt Well Pre Transfer No Violations Performed pre-exempt domestic well transfer inspection on 10/02/2018 at the request of NW Region Supervisor Steve Ochs. The well is a rabbit well, equipped with 2-regulators. The tank battery has been removed. Mr. Schlabach indicated that the well is currently hooked-up and in-use for domestic gas. It was unclear based on the field inspection and further research on the county auditors site where the property line lies relative to the well. No other problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
1852142704 2018-01-26 Production Wells No Violations Inspected production well on 01/26/2018 at the request of Jim Gessel (Green Energy). Mr. Gessel requested an inspection to ensure no problems in the field to prevent the well from being transferred to the landowner. The tank battery consists of 1-100 bbl steel tank, 1-vertical separator, 1-drip, 1-meter, and 1-meter box, located within an earthen dike. Well identification is clearly displayed at the tank battery. The well is a rabbit well, located within an unlocked metal fence. For the well to qualify for an exempt domestic transfer, the tank battery must either be removed or moved, as it is located on a parcel owned by a different landowner. This information was relayed to Mr. Gessel, who indicated that the tank battery would be removed prior to the wells transfer. No problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
