0581940787 2016-10-19 Production Wells No Violations Inspected production well on 10/19/2016. The tank battery consists of 1-210 bbl steel tank and 1-100 bbl steel tank, located within an earthen dike; 1-vertical separator is located within a separate earthen dike. The 210 bbl tank is rusted through in spots, and needs to be removed. Tim McConaha, Enervests field superintendent, was notified of this issue and will address it with management. The well is equipped with a pump jack with an electric motor. Well identification is clearly displayed at both the tank battery and the wellhead. No other problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
