1536839689 2018-08-24 Production Wells No Violations Inspected domestic well on 08/24/2018 at the request of Bill Grubaugh (DOGRM) to clarify the well status. The tank battery consists of 2-100 bbl steel tanks, 1-vertical separator, 1-drip with 1-regulator, and 1-underground brine vault, located within an earthen dike. Well identification is posted, however it misidentifies the well as the Good #1 (PN: 169-21407). The well is equipped with a pump jack with a natural gas-powered motor. The well is located ~400 from its RBDMS location. No other problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
