1367501612 2013-04-16 Orphan No Violations An inspection of this well conducted with Mineral Resources Inspector 3, Mr. Norburt Lowder revealed that the well status had remained unchanged since the last inspection. A depth counter equipped with a braided line and a 2 oz sinker was utilized for this inspection to gauge the wellbore depth of the open 10.5 diameter casing. The total depth was measured at 65 and the material that was encountered resemebled a soft clay-like material. During the retrieval of equipment from the wellbore, a visual inspection of the line and sinker showed no trace of crude oil. A natural gas odor was also not smelled or detected with a gas meter.
1790079046 2013-02-25 Orphan No Violations An inspection of this well was conducted with oil and gas inspector, Brian Logue, and Wayne County Administrator, Mr. Patrick Herron. During the inspection, an open 10.5 diameter casing was situated on property designated as agricultural field and found level with the ground surface. The sound of water running into the wellbore downhole was observed at the surface. The fluid level within the wellbore was measured at approximately 3 seconds from the surface. There was no smell or detection of natural gas with a meter at the surface. A second wellbore was located 5 away and consisted of 6.25 casing with a collar at 20 above ground level. The inside of this casing was filled with dirt and debris at 11 down from the top of casing. There was also no observed leakage of fluid or natural gas from this well at the surface. The area surronding the two locations contained oilfield debris that consisted of old cable and section of 2 steel line. Note: The well location within RBDMS was not accurate at time of the inspection. The well location and related permit number was researched and verified with Central Office. A GPS reading was obtained and recorded from this inspection.
