Although there was conductor pipe in the top of the well, it was discovered that there was no casing from approximately 25 feet to 200 feet. Oil and water from well was contained in area of drilling and did not escape in surface drainage. Vac truck on site removed most of the oil/water from surface. Boom was placed at tile outlet in ditch from field in case any discharge into field tile. While on site the well again discharged oil/water. Vac truck removed fluid. Permission granted to plug well at current depth to try to prevent any further discharge. |
