---|---|---|---|---|---|
2761577 | Primary Facility | 2018-08-08 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | This well is tagged and shut in. The annulus is open. The well head casing and piping look ok. |
2853392 | Primary Facility | 2019-03-12 | Routine/Partial Inspection | No Violations Noted | At the time of inspection, a bridge was tagged at 1020'. Plan was to run a collar locator, bond log, and camera tomorrow. Well was dead (no gas). Operator and Penn Mechanical were onsite. Well records and plugging prognosis were going to be sent to me. |
2855203 | Primary Facility | 2019-03-15 | Routine/Partial Inspection | No Violations Noted | At the time of inspection, it has been discovered that the 3" is broken off at 76' down. The top of the water is at 74'. A 5" length overshot was built and set in the well, with the top being tagged at 75'.
The camera was then run prior to the overshot being set and found the 8" to be gone in many places. I viewed the video while onsite and confirmed this. The water is 1sr encountered at 40'. Most of the pipe is gone. Penn Mechanical is setting up to power swivel, but will run the camera again on Monday since water should be shut off with the overshot in the well now. |
