Inspection ID | Inspection Category | Inspection Date | Inspection Type | Inspection Result | Inspection Comments |
---|---|---|---|---|---|
2137456 | Primary Facility | 2013-02-04 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | Site had light snow cover at time of inspection and appeared to sufficient vegetative cover. No erosion issues were noted. Site was equipped for production. Pump jack, brine tank and production equipment had minor corrosion. No leaks to the environment were noted. |
2677404 | Primary Facility | 2018-01-03 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | This well is tagged and appears to be in production. The well head casing is stable. The entire site is in need of some better housekeeping and heavy vegetation trimming. The separator apparently had a leaking kimray dump valve seal and a black bungy cord was installed to hold the dump valve in the closed position. This separator dump valve needs to be properly repaired and maintained. I contacted the operator by phone to discuss this well and they are responding to make the recommended corrections. |
2704352 | Primary Facility | 2018-03-06 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | At time of inspection, well drilled and appears to be equipped for production. Pump jack installed on well. |
