Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2093992 Primary Facility 2012-08-21 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Drilling was completed on 10/29/07. Well appeared to be equipped for production. Site had not been regraded. Plant growth from the surrounding area had encroached upon the well-site , but a third of the site; the cut slope and backside of the well pad had no vegetative cover. No evidence of accelerated eorsion or sedimentation was observed in relation to the well-site. Noted that the access road required routine maintenance to maintain its passability.
