Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1848305 Primary Facility 2009-12-03 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Drilling was completed at the time of the inspection. Noted that the drill pit had been reclaimed, and that a pit not shown on the plan had been excavated, most likely for well stimulation activities. Observed no accelerated erosion & sedimentation in relation to the access road or well-site. Noted that in the E&S plan located onsite that the disposal of drill cuttings was not detailed. In addition E&S plans located on future sites should include the information on disposal of drill cuttings, in addition to soils information showing the water table so that in can be confirmed that encapsulation or land farming of drill cuttings is possible.
