The filter fabric fence backed with hay bales should be sufficient to effectively minimize accelerated erosion & sedimentation with respect to the well-site. Noted the following deficiencies with the E&S plan drawing as submitted: 1) There were no details show for the BMP's that are to be used on the access road for erosion control. 2) The soils information included with the submitted plan did not have information showing what the seasonal high groundwater table depth was, and thus confirmation could made that disposal of drill cutting by encapsulation would meet the requirements set forth in 78.62. |
