At the time of inspection the site construction was finished. The site was temporarily stabilized with mulch. The silt socks were properly installed as outlined in the E&S plan. The Department suggests the Operator add additional clean durable rock behind the drill pit area to stabilize the collection ditch in the event of a precipitation event. At the time of inspection the site ID sign and drill permit were on site. The drill pit onsite was line and appeared to be in sound condition.
2073127 Primary Facility 2012-05-31 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted First Class Energy Rig#1 (#8) RD20 shut down at time of inspection. Pit lined and freeboard maintained.
2130033 Primary Facility 2012-12-21 Site Restoration No Violations Noted Site was drilled and equipped for production. No fluid leaks were evident. Brine tanks and production equipment appeared to be in good condition. No erosion or sedimentation issues were noted. The site has been re-graded to its approximate original topography and has greater than 70 percent uniform vegetative cover.

Brine tanks located on-site and they appeared to be in sound condition. Site had been properly restored and the vegetation met the 70% uniform coverage criteria. There was no evidence observed of accelerated erosion or sedimentation in relation to the site or access road.
