Site had been constructed as outlined in the E&S plan contained within ESX11-005-0015. There was no observed accelerated erosion or sedimentation observed in conjunction with the well pad or access road. Two well stimulation impoundments were located onsite, one of whch was properly lined. Both impoundments contained minimal amounts of fluids as result of precipitation.
2064224 Primary Facility 2012-05-01 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection the well appeared to drilled and equipped for production. The well apparatus and brine tank battery located onsite appear to be in sound condition. The Department notes that at the time of inspection the well was not properly tagged. At the time of inspection the drill pit located onsite appeared to be in sound condition with the required 2 feet of freeboard. The Department also notes that the accelerated erosion and sedimentation has been minimized with all the appropriate BMPs installed and properly maintained.
2209681 Primary Facility 2013-10-03 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Well appeared to be equipped for production and brine tanks were located onsite. Brine tanks appeared to be in sound condition. Site had been properly restored and it was noted that the area surrounding the well and its ancillary equipment were cultivated fields. There was no observed accelerated erosion or sedimentation in relation to the access road.
2272487 Primary Facility 2014-05-21 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Well appeared to be equipped for production. Brine tanks located onsite and they appeared to be in sound condition. Noted that the access road and area immedaite adjacent to the well was located within a recently plowed agricultural field.
